Please allow 2-3 business days for items to be shipped. All packages ship USPS with tracking.
Lotus Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information states your package was delivered to address but you have not received it, please contact United States Postal Service. If lost, stolen, or damaged you will have to file a claim with USPS.
Please be sure to enter correct address as packages returned as incorrect will have to pay additional shipping cost.
